Kiryu: You know what a lot of dino films have in common? They usually have a big, bad, theropod villain that cannot die no matter what you throw at it. Such beasts are usually the apex predators in their ecosystems, and can be found in films from the olden days or flicks from our modern timeline.

Gwangi: Indominus Rex, the Unbeatable King, and-Wait, that's me, Gwangi!

Kiryu: Yes Gwangi, you, one of Ray Harryhausen's most famous creations, shall battle Indominus Rex.

Gwangi: Welp, looks like this'll be quick. I'll just mindrape her with whatever I feel like-

Kiryu: Nope. You're gonna fight her as your film portrayal.

Gwangi: Wut?! Bu-but-

Kiryu: I'm Kiryu and he's Gwangi, and it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle.

Indominus Rex By Terraraptor-d8x2n5p by Kiryu2012
Indominus Rex:

Name Meaning: Unbeatable King
Age: Unknown, less than 3 years
Gender: Female
Height: 25 feet
Length: 50 feet
Weight: TBA, assumed at least 6 tons
Time Period: Present
Diet: MEAT
Aggression Level: High
Threat Level: High
Theme:

Feats:
-Killed her older sibling as a juvenile
-Escaped its enclosure by out-witting its creators
-Took out the entire Dinosaur containment team with little effort
-Killed a herd of Apatosaurs for sport
-Defeated and killed an Ankylosaur in battle, something a T-rex struggles with
-Slaughtered Owen Grady's raptor pack
-Killed an entire team of mercenary experts
-Fought Rexy and Blue to a standstill

Kiryu: Jurassic World. The park was the more successful replacement of Jurassic Park, and things were going good for some time. But recently, success had begun to wane, and so InGen wanted a new attraction made to bring up profits.

Gwangi: This resulted in InGen's geneticists creating Indominus Rex, a chimera of numerous dinosaurs and other animals. The hot bitch originally had a sibling, but she ate 'em.

Kiryu: Due to being kept alone in captivity and having no interaction with others of her kind, Indominus became deranged and dangerous to pretty much anything.

Gwangi: Y'know, maybe she wouldn't be like that if she didn't kill her sibling in the first damn place. Then again, two of these bitches being on the loose would've made things a lot worse.

Intelligence:
-Higher than that of the Velociraptors, likely human level or above
*Learned how to use her natural abilities to fool humans. This implies she can put herself into other's shoes and interpret reactions across the species barrier, as well as understand the concepts of camoflague and thermal imagery and how humans perceive them
-Learned the raptor's language seconds after first meeting them (and possibly Pterasaurs)
*She may have or may have not communicated with the various Pterasaurs, for they directly began to attack people despite living in captivity. However, there is no evidence to support this.
-Impeccable memory
*Could remember having a tracking device put into her years after it had been placed
-Psychologically unstable and unpredictable due to lifetime in solitary confinement
*Hunts for sport
-Predicted the plans of human hunters and counter attacked them with strategy
*Can strategize and organize armies

Kiryu: Something to know is that I-Rex is smart. Smarter than raptors, and perhaps as smart as a human, if not smarter in some ways. She's capable of fooling humans, and can remember where a tracking device had been put on her years ago.

Gwangi: Who says animals aren't smart?

Weapons:

Claws/Arms:
-Three on each hand, each 2 1/2 feet long
-Can rip up solid concrete
-Punctured the Gyrosphere, which has an estimated durability of 10,000psi
-Arms are strong enough to flip a 1 ton truck into the air or roll over a 4 ton Ankylosaur
-Can help support her weight
-Can kill a human with a single blow

Kiryu: Indominus may be part T-rex, but she has arms that make Tyrannosaurs envious. Her arms are long and strong, tipped with curved claws that can get through the Gyrosphere, which is capable of withstanding a good deal of pressure.

Gwangi: Her arm strength can also allow her to flip a freakin' Ankylosaurus over. I know she's made up of a bunch of dinos, but holy shit!

Teeth/Jaws:
-Just as strong as claws
-Always re-growing new ones
-Also punctered the Gyrosphere
-Jaw strength unknown, estimates put it near equal to a T-rex's 1,000-6,000 psi
-Can over-extend its jaws to swallow larger prey
-Bite can kill and human or raptor almost instantly

Kiryu: Don't underestimate I-Rex's jaws, either. Her carcharodontosaurid-like jaws are filled with curved sharp teeth that can puncture a Gyrosphere and instantly kill a man.

Gwangi: And being part T-Rex, I-Rex may be able to exert a bite force of similar pressure, and a Tyrannosaurus' bite force would make crocodiles piss themselves.

Raptor Packs:
-Highly coordinated pack hunters
-I.rex can take command of a pack with ease
*A strongly connected Alpha can disrupt this
-Coordinates their movements to root out hiding prey and target specific individuals
-Top speeds of 60mph
-Razor sharp teeth and claws

Kiryu: Being part raptor, I-Rex can take command of a pack of InGen's raptors and make them fight for her.

Gwangi: Wait, isn't that outside help?

Kiryu: Possibly, but they're kinda minions. It's like Legion using her Legion soldiers, or Cloverfield having his parasites help out.

Pterasaur flocks:
-Composed of Pteranodon and Dimorphodon
-Commands them to attack large structures/groups
-Strong/sharp beaks and serrated teeth
-Control is not reliable

Kiryu: While it's not known if I-Rex can actually control them or not, she can make flocks of Pterosaurs attack people or other objects or creatures.

Gwangi: Hey, how come she gets to use minions and I don't?!

Kiryu: Because fuck you, that's why.

Physicality:

Durability:
-Shrugged off machine gun rounds, tasers, a net gun, powerful tranquilizers, incindiery rounds, and various creature attacks
-Took an RPG at almost a direct hit and was only dazed
-Was impaled by metal rods and wooden beams and still fought like they were nothing
-Took bites from a T-rex on its neck and was only mildly wounded
*Estimated bite force of 1,000-6,000 psi
-Took an Ankylosaurus tail club to the face and side and sustained no injury
*Ankylosaurus tail club = 8,000+psi
-Raptor claws could not puncture her hide
-Gunfire had little to no affect
-Crashed through buildings with little effort or injury

Strength:
-Fought the T-rex to a standstill and would have won had other creatures not intervened
-Can crash through buildings with relative ease
-Teeth can puncture safety glass,
-Claws + arm strength shattered the Gyrosphere
*Gyrosphere can withstand an estimated 10,000psi
-Can easily flip objects of 1-4 tons into the air

Speed:
-Estimated 35 mph
-Can react to the raptors, who can move at 60 mph
-Dodged machine gun fire
*Might have been due to shooter or pilots incompetence

Kiryu: Of course, Indominus wouldn't be such a super predator were it not for her impressive physical skills. She's strong enough to bring down the T-Rex, break the Gyrosphere, flip an Ankylosaurus over and break its neck, and crash through buildings.

Gwangi: She's estimated to run at around 35 miles per hour, and she's durable enough to take multiple bites to the neck from Rexy, a blow from an Ankylosaurus club, and she can shrug off high powered bullets and a very near hit from an RPG shot without much of any visible damage. Impressive, but let's see how well her durability fares compared to my manly scales.

DNA Composition:

Raptor:
-Allows it to communicate with raptors
-Great Intelligence
-Can take over a raptor pack with ease
*A strong Alpha can reverse this

T-rex:
-Used as Base
-Replaceable teeth
-Roar can reach 140d-160d

Giganotosaurus:
-Used as Base
-Arms

Various Abelisaurids:
-Cannibalistic tendancies
-Horns and osteroderms
-High running speed

Green Tree Frog:
-Allows I.rex to change her body temperature at will

Death Adder Snake:
-Sees body heat and thermal imagery
-Extendable jaws

Cuttlefish:
-Can change its skin patterns to match any environment
*Borderline complete invisibility

-Added intelligence

Kiryu: As a chimera, Indominus has the traits of numerous theropods and other animals. With T-Rex as her base, she has replaceable teeth and strong jaws, and from Giganotosaurus she has long arms and more than two claws.

Gwangi: Her abelisaurid give her osteoderms and cannibalistic tendencies, which is probably why she ate her sibling. With the tree frog, she's able to change her body temperature, which is how she tricked the humans into freeing her in the first place, and with snake genes, she can sense body heat. Why couldn't I have such cool genes?!

Weaknesses:
-Was eventually killed by Rexy, Blue, and the Mosasaur working together
-Can be fooled by scent or unfamiliar distractions
-Teeth and claws could not puncture strong armor (Ankylosaurus)
-No way to counter ranged attacks other than her armor

Kiryu: Luckily for you, Gwangi, Indominus is not invincible.

Gwangi: Damn right! That bitch was killed in the end by that Mosasaur, uh, spoilers! And she'd wish she was part Dilophosaurus, cause she has no ranged options whatsoever.

Kiryu: And like any animal, she can be fooled by scents or unfamiliar distractions. She also tends to let her T-rex instincts take over when she faces something around her size, including Rexy and the Ankylosaurus, and she charges in headfirst. In that sort of case, it takes her a bit to remember she's not a T-rex and she has more options for combat. Otherwise, she has to take a hit or two first. Even so, she's a very formidable super predator, and one that's not to be underestimated.

Gwangi (1) by Kiryu2012

Name: Gwangi

Species: Unknown, either a Tyrannosaurus or Allosaurus

Age: Unknown

Gender: Male

Height: 15 feet(though this fight will be scaled)

Weight: Unknown

Length: Unknown
Theme:

Feats:

-Defeated a Styracosaurus in combat

-Resisted capture by cowboys until being knocked out by a rockslide

-Killed an elephant

-Didn't die in the burning cathedral until the entire place crumbled down on him

-Blew up the multiverse while riding a donkey farting rainbows and whistling Hall of the Mountain King backwards(okay not really)

Gwangi: Hehe, I added that last bit. I do that on a regular basis.

Kiryu: Gwangi lived in a hidden valley in Mexico alongside other dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures, though it's not known how he and his kind survived the KT event. They had lived in isolation from humans until a group of cowboys got their hands on an Eohippus, but the tiny horse was kidnapped and released into the valley. When the cowboys and others enter what was called the Forbidden Valley, they came across numerous prehistoric beasts, including a Pteranodon, a Styracosaurus, and the greatest one of them all...

Gwangi: Me! Gwangi the...uh, what the hell am I?

Kiryu: Good question. Ray Harryhausen made you out to be an Allosaurus, but he based your design on what T-rex was believed to look like. Regardless, you've proven to be quite the formidable beast.

Gwangi: Yes I have, hehe.

Physicality:

Strength:

-Pulled the Styracosaurus and elephant off balance by pulling their legs with his jaws

-Bit the Styracosaurus' horn hard enough to make it crack

-Shredded flesh everytime he bit something, especially on the elephant

-Caused a rockslide by trying to force his way through the opening to the valley

-Bit the elephant's throat hard enough to possibly cut off all bloodflow to the brain

-Possibly caused spinal damage when chewing on the elephant's neck

-Regularly used his jaws to control animals that outweighed him

Speed:

-Kept up with cowboys on horses

-Managed to catch on of these cowboys

Durability:

-Shrugged off heavy gunfire

-Was repeatedly gored by a Styracosaurus' horn and was completely unharmed

-Was stabbed by an elephant's tusks and took no damage

-Struck fullforce by a rockslide and was only knocked out

--Several tons of rock straight to his head without a scratch

-Was hit by debris from the cathedral falling on him from a hundred feet up and didn't die until the whole place collapsed upon him

Kiryu: Gwangi is one tough bastard.

Gwangi: Why thank you.

Kiryu: Gwangi has shown to be quite capable of pulling the Styracosaurus and elephant off balance repeatedly, both of whom were quadrupeds that outweighed him. His teeth aren't that big, but everytime he bit, he shredded flesh, especially on the elephant. The Styracosaurus took it better because of its thick skin, as shown when a cowboy stabbed it with a spear that didn't get in very deep at all. Hell, the spear even fell out moments later as Gwangi was biting chunks of flesh out.

Gwangi: And don't think a simple stab from a spear will kill me. I've been gored by that Styracosaurus bitch, shot with old-school guns, and crushed beneath a rockslide, and none of that shit could hurt me.

Kiryu: Think about it. That Styke was putting all its weight in a single point, its horn, and that didn't do shit to Gwangi. Just goes to show how resilient this dude is.

Weakness:

-Unarmored eyes and ears
-Still only an animal
-No ranged options

Gwangi: Sadly, *sniff*, I have my weaknesses.

Kiryu: Gwangi can still be harmed if he's stabbed in the eyes or ears, and he's still only an animal in terms of intellect; he pretty much relies on instinct. He also doesn't have any ranged abilities. Even so, however, he has managed to prove himself to be a successful monster, and one of Ray Harryhausen's most famous creations.

Gwangi: Now let's see how well that bitch Indominus fares against me!

Thanks to :iconterraraptor: for I-Rex's prelude!

This is also the first time I used Stash writer for one of my battles.:iconlunappleshrugplz:
