Yet another dinosaur Death Battle. 
My verdict:
This can go either way(this is becoming a thing, isn't it?). The Primal Carnage Carnotaurus is faster, but the Disney Carnotaurus is proportionately stronger, and could throw the other Carnotaurus around if it got its jaws on it. But the PC Carnotaurus could outrun the Disney Carnotaurus, and ram with enough force to very well cripple its opponent enough for a finishing blow. I'd say it could be 50/50 for these Carnotaurus.
